As far as I know, there are no standard rules for citing images on a website.  Some people like to put the citations directly below the images; others have separate pages with citations.  Whatever works best for your website is fine, as long as it’s clear.
If you’re using images with Creative Commons licenses, there are some standards for how to create the actual citations.  You can see them here.  Essentially, you want to include the name of the image, the creator of it, and information about the license (if there is one).  In all cases, it’s best to include hyperlinks to the original source whenever possible.
